-- you won't be able to be present to support your children's needs
or creating the life you want.
Step 1: Get clear on how you want to feel on a daily basis.
Step 2: Identity your energy leaks.
Step 3: Say No. Learn how to say this is a nice way so you're
honouring yourself and those involved.
