022: If you’re not controlling your time, time will control you. 

Today on the podcast I’ve listed things to do NOW that will allow you to feel in control of your time.

I'm starting here because we both know if YOU feel out of control -- you won't be able to be present to support your children's needs or creating the life you want. 

Step 1: Get clear on how you want to feel on a daily basis.

Step 2: Identity your energy leaks. 

Step 3: Say No. Learn how to say this is a nice way so you're honouring yourself and those involved. 

This is all an inner journey. Who do you need to become in order to get to where to want to go?
