I was asked this question...

How do I get my tween daughters 12 & 13 to do their chores? I am tired of nagging. I am trying to delegate as I am not the family's maid (which I feel like). I am planning on returning to school next year. They each have six chores per week~feed the dog, clean downstairs bathroom, vacuum stairs.... HELP. I am beginning to feel resentful.

This is my answer...

Schedule a team meeting

Listen to what they want - how they feel about the situation.

Come up with HOW it's going to happen (the plan).

What is there reward for doing their chores?
