Today’s Challenge: Braindump

Either in the AM or PM (or anytime during the day you feel overwhelmed)


Get out a pen and paper and brain dump everything that is on your mind.

  • Your to-do list.
  • Things that are bothering you.
  • Uncomfortable conversations you feel you need to have with people.
  • Things you would LIKE to do for yourself (AKA: Create the space for).


Once it’s on paper, look at it. Plan for it. Make it happen.
