What do you need to give yourself permission to do, be or have?

  • Do you feel guilty for putting yourself first?
  • Are you a people pleaser and have a hard time saying NO?

Today we are going to change that.

STEP ONE: In Control Action (should take no more than 3 minutes)


Action Step. Grant yourself permission.


  • On a sticky note, Write yourself a permission slip.


Feel free to write several of them and post where you see them most.

  • In the car

  • Next to your bed

  • Bathroom mirror

  • In the kitchen

BONUS: Get the family involved. Have them write their own permission slips.


STEP TWO: Share your In Control Action on social media.


Snap a picture of your list and post in the facebook group, Instagram, Facebook and twitter. Use #momisincontrol @heatherchauvin
